Notes: Gray sprinkles in the morning and went for a run. Feeling tired but a good tired - like staying vigilant on what's happening and when big changes will blow. Saw a homeless woman near the gym there in S Pasadena strip and swung back around to talk to her. She insisted she was fine and finally agreed to some money b/c she wanted "hot coffee". Thought about her all day and tried to find some options. Went back mid afternoon and she had moved. Loud shaking road work today where all the plates and bowls in the cabinet were shaking and clanging. Quiet night, gray and chilly all day.
