Out early, de-iced the car, headed up to the golf course (4.1 miles before I get slagged off), arrived to find it closed. Black ice on the greens apparently, who knew that could happen? Stopped at the canal as I duly headed home so here’s some green ice on the black.

Booster Day 2 ... half an hour’s dancing with the Wii instead of any HIIT. Disco replaced by Tabata, definitely more fun! Stuffed courgettes for dinner hit the spot.
Had a good catch up with D&G in the cold wastes of Kingussie tonight. They’ll have had the fire on though.
