Not seen this before

Saw this in a parking lot and thought "wow, that's unusual". Later on, when I actually looked at the rest of the photo, I understood. 
I also saw a huge wooden boat with two of every animal walking towards it on more than one occasion today. So I put a bet on that come June, we'll be told there are water restrictions in place.

Ah well...
