Had to contact Roblox customer support as Alexander's account disappeared. It turns out he'd been sanctioned as someone complained about a role-play he and his cousins were playing about a hospital. They didn't appreciate his dramatic imagination about Covid apparently. As he pointed out, you can kidnap and 'kill' people in it but nobody reports that.
