Bees
When Daughter and I went for a walk round Oxford's Winter LightNight in November I was completely entranced by some bees busy around the top of a bush (they are on the left in this collage).
Lo and behold, I found some solar-powered bees in my stocking three weeks ago! There hasn't been enough sun for them to be very active but most evenings they emerge at dusk and amuse themselves in a rose bush for about 45 minutes until it gets dark (extra) and they fade away.
