Hair Ice

Another cold , ice cold day .
In the morning I met my pal Morven and her 2 lovely dogs , Lou-Lou and Daisy for a walk in the woods. It was Morven’s birthday yesterday.

The photo is some amazing ‘hair ice’ that Morven had spotted along the path in the woods.

I had one of my favourite meals mid afternoon - fresh avocado and tomatoes in lime juice with garlic bread. It may not be that healthy but I loved it :- )
I shared yoga this evening which I enjoyed, lovely to see my regulars plus some new members to the class.
The Covid situation in the UK is getting even worse.
It’s heartbreaking. I speak to my son every day or so and hear how life is as a junior Dr in a Covid ward. Sobering.
