Onion Bread...

.. More food. I know. (It’s been a foodie kind of day. And a journal is a journal. What can you do Gladys?).

I bought some rye flour the other day, so today I also made some rye flour and almond shortbread. (Very nice).

In other food news, I heard that a young family member who has been a fussy eater (seriously fussy) for years has suddenly, today, prepped (!) and eaten a very colourful and nutritious meal!
I am utterly butterly thrilled for everyone concerned. (I suspect this probably says more about me and my love of cooking than it does about the child!).

I’m celebrating. (Taking all good news with gratitude, however small it might seem).
