Soup

It's a ' soup' sort of day. Wet snow all day so decided on a day at home. Lots of long overdue sorting in our basement and now a huge pile to go to the tip/ recycling/ selling. I made 2 lots of soup. This is the prep for tomato, rocket and carrot soup which we enjoyed for lunch. 

Extra: snow clearing Swiss- style. This Monsieur is clearing our little lane ( the snow is ' thrown' up and out of the way). In the summer he cuts grass, chops down trees etc...
