Hardcore

Yay, no more f£ckin' mud. Even with the hardcore alone, there is no chance of bringing mud into the house. Happy days so far. The rain has made miserable work for all, but thankfully they have a garage for shelter, with power plus milk, bags of tea, sugar and mugs. Toast also provided. Top layer will be added tomorrow, by which time it should be finished. Cannot believe we let this drive go for so long (we moved in late 1997). The main issue has always been the access via an alleyway, which, un-Roman-like, gets narrower and narrower when it reaches our drive and has put a lot of builders off in the past. This guy(s) doesn't mind, which is nice.
