Just a rose

Managed to get this rosebud before the weather took a nosedive!

It wasn't exactly sunny at this point but it was reasonably bright!

That didn't last! It went downhill from then on & progressed from drizzle to rain ...... not impressed!

It was still raining when we did the supermarket shopping :-(

Hubby had his second face to face physio appointment today ....... there has been a little improvement .... he has been given a couple of new exercises to add in & been told to reduce the number of repetitions of one of the others. They are thinking of trying massage too.
