Snowy!

Both the above and today’s extra were taken before 8.30 this morning as we headed down to replenish the bird feeders. The birds were certainly glad to see us and were very quickly helping themselves to breakfast.
There was snow/sleet forecast but we really didn’t quite expect the fall that we got. Although only about two inches (50 centimetres in new money) it was a fair fall for this area but quite wet and claggy stuff. As frost is forecast for tonight, the walking conditions may be a bit iffy in the morning. 
After our morning walk, we spent much of the day outside clearing our paths, drive and the adjacent pavement. Chloe took the opportunity to join us and play with her ball then “talk” to some passers by.
