The perfect umbrella

One loves red, one loves blue... it causes endless arguments, so this is perfect!  

The eldest was up too early today, which made for a loooong day of schooling, but he did well and after much protest about being too tired after lunch got into his maths well.  The youngest wasn't really feeling the love for much work and it'e been hard work to get him to focus on anything.  

What has been exciting is a bit of snow fall - not much, and it's not cold enough to settle, causing a bit of upset for the boys. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
Maths - it helps to have something that the boys enjoy (neither like the focus needed for English!) 
New slippers!  Simply delightful and probably says it all about life at the moment 
Micky mouse, they boys are very into it at the moment
