Sants Sun Shade

The big excitement of today was Bb taking over the making of our spaghetti bolognese tonight.  It's usually one of my dishes and one of our favourites.  He had strict instructions to follow the Jamie Oliver recipe, which he claimed he did and it was delicious.  He kindly said it wasn't quite as good as mine!  

Step count embarrassingly low today,  I had lots of work to do to get organised for this course and by the time I managed outside I was tired and starving.  Only 6,000 steps :-(  but it's just one day.  

Good news when the gas company came to fix our boiler and told us that seeing as we hadn't had to bleed a radiator because of high pressure over the last week and it was no longer leaking water, then he didn't think the repair was necessary.  Great news as we'd been told it would cost almost 500 euros!
