This is the Center for Creative Leadership, one of 12 offices in the world dedicated to leadership training, that just happens to be in my neighborhood, 
It certainly is in an inspiring location! Pikes Peak is out of frame on the left, and Garden of the Gods is out of frame on the right. You can still see the effects of the wildfire we had here in town in 2012 on the ridge to the right.
