Upstairs before the walls go in. First the ceiling, then the electricity and data wiring and the pluming. After that the walls. Three bedrooms, each with facilities, and a reception room, or better a large study. This room can of course always be transformed into or used as an extra bedroom.

Because we also will have a bedroom en suite downstairs, next to the kitchen, a living room and a disabled bathroom, we think we have created a 'durable for course of live house'. (A 'levensloop bestendig huis' we would call it in Dutch.) We would like to grow old in it and not have to worry about facilities, thresholds, small doorways or passage ways, et cetera, or even walking the stairs.
