Slow, Slow, Quick, Quick, Slow

Do you find that time is moving at a different speed these days?  Days seem to be slow, but before you know it you're at the end of the week again.

Busy day in work, whenever is it not?

Managed to get out for a power ramble.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Receiving a belated birthday card from a friend, who has had her own troubles this past year.  It made me smile :)
2.  A good power ramble
3.  The wonderful sunrise this morning, that lasted barely a few minutes
