The Adventures of Emilia

Happier times ahead...

So last night I improved my wake up calls by 30 minutes a time so only every 90 minutes and I wasnt too difficult when I was awake.

As you can see i also look a lot happier today, and creche said they noticed a difference too. I really enjoyed playing outside with my little tringaling and pushed it all the way down the street to see the chickens at the neighbours house.

The doctor called mummy with my results of yesterdays trauma and the good news is there is no sign of any more infections or inflammation.

The bad news is that it does look like I'm really quite allergic to dogs, which I'm really sad about since I love hanging out with Rosie and Lipton, and a lot of my friends also have dogs! But now we know then we can take steps to make it easier for me, and it explains why it was so tough to sleep when we were in scotland.

The next bit of news is that it doesn't look like I'm permanently allergic to lactose but just need a break from it for a wee while. The nasty tummy bug I had can take 6 weeks to completely go away and one of the things it does is make it difficult to handle milk. So that's fine, I'll just give the cheese a break for a little bit and get back to it when I'm all healed. Mummy is relieved its nothing serious but is counting down the weeks until I should be back to normal... we think we might be about half way.
