Day break

This is the absolute true colours as the sun was rising over Lake Ontario.
And then, typical to recent form the sun went behind heavy clouds and we will not see it for the rest of the day. but it’s mild 3C, which is pretty warm for mid January so a 12 km walk with my husband was lovely.
I’m writing by the upstairs window looking out over towards the Glenora ferry and swans and mallards feed off Dead Head Cove.
