This was for BT and Finty and their surviving brother and parents. I had it with a glorious dose of classical music which they conducted, or composed or played. The power of music to bring us places never diminishes.
A good finish to work for the week. Lots of motivation and engagement of parents and children in distance learning for week 1.
I wanted to celebrate with a picnic. The plan was to walk into town and buy a nice roll, a coffee and sit down outside somewhere to eat it. But it rained. So it wasn’t quite as lovely as it might haven been.
No swim today. I had to drink whiskey instead.
