Matured chutney!

Posted this blip today as a reminder to Dorsetb that if he hasn’t opened it already, the chutney I gave him last year is definitely ready for eating.

Had it tonight with a marmalade gammon, and very nice it was too. My first time making a chutney as opposed to a jam or marmalade for several years.
