Another snow person

This one is 1/2 man and 1/2 snow! I don’t know who he is supposed to be. I guess just an artist given the paints and palette. I can’t tell if the brown top is supposed to be hair or a knit cap. There is a Winnie the Pooh, a Grinch and many others.
