Awful Night Again So Why The Peaceful Face ?

Yesterday a special person/friend sent me a gift through Amazon of remote control candles that i switch on in the middle of the night should i be afraid or just cannot sleep
Well when i woke and put them on they were so claming and relaxing I didn't feel half as tense as i normally do so went back to sleep quicker 
so thanks a million to my dear friend xxxxxxx
I cannot mention who it was in case she does not want any one to know
