When I can have all the love you write

Letter writing is a lost art. 

I treasure the letters i was written when i "left home" to go to university.   

Way back there, through the ananls of time, there were no mobile phones. No Social media.    Mr Zuckerberg was literally a sparkle in his parent's eyes.   There was no Social grouping.. other than cliques at school  

I wrote to my friends who I had left behind at home. I wrote to my mum and dad, and my aunty and uncle. I wrote to the current boyfriend (whoever it was at that point)   And I got letters back. 

Today. we got a letter from Tooli.    

There was nothing of any consequence in it, just newsy chat - beautifully written in every colour of the rainbow.  She also sent us a "positivity" card.  Which is perfect.   I've stuck it to the board at the front door so that we can all enjoy it, and I've written her a newsy one back  which I'm just going to post tomorrow.
