Ian n Cohen

Today's walk: Stanton Low Park - Grand Union Canal.
I'm not sure what the graffitto signifies: is it 'Ian loves Cohen ' or is it 'I love Ian Cohen', or even 'Ian Cohen loves ...'? Will we ever know? At any rate it is a fairly classy bit of vandalism.
