The warmth of a distant sun

Firstly - a huge thank you for all the kind comments on yesterdays blip, more proof of what a special place Blipland is.

Out early but the hoped for blue sky didn't appear so a quick loop of fields and lanes.
I've no bad or really noticeable side effects from the vaccination - but I have been exceptionally tired all day - Missy made an excellent hot water bottle substitute when I fell asleep mid morning on the couch in the hut.
A second walk after lunch confirmed that a huge a fast thaw is happening - the six to eight inches of snow me & Missy found on the fell yesterday already mostly gone to slush and the snow in the fields we walked through this morning has now gone completely .
The walk failed to enliven me and I had an afternoon snooze, I suspect an early night beckons!
