No Snow

The milder weather here in the west has cleared the snow that prettied the mountains last weekend but in the garden the early snowdrops are looking their best.   This is 'Mrs McNamara' which has featured here before Christmas, in the cool of winter the flowers are long lasting.

A good day.   I attended an excellent Guards training seminar on Zoom this morning, good to see lots of familiar faces, many I did not see last year at all.   After lunch, on my afternoon walk with Meg, the sun put on a brief light show through a gap in the clouds, lighting the Fathew Valley with a golden glow (extra pic).   A short stop at work to put some primer down on damaged wood then home to roast a chicken for tea.   Time now to sort the Yorkshires so it's goodnight from him ....
