Too wet or too dark

Work was so so full on and obv that dominated the day. I did try and go for a walk in the evening but there is something really alarming about the empty streets.

My imagination features the kids NoaNoa’s age (16) who travel around in small groups demanding phones and money. He’s been approached 5 times now. Three times he’s run for it. Once he offered a phone that was so old they didn’t want it. And the most recent time, he recognised one of them and argued back with the bloke by name.

Rrrrrrrr. I walked home after 20 minutes and collected a dog. After walking another block, I thought that I was plainly being unwise so headed back in.

One of the ladies in my Bible study group feels unsafe walking in her neighbourhood even during the day. I don’t think that but the dark mid evening at the moment is another matter.
