Sleepy flowers

My second bouquet arrived today!  There are tulips, roses, carnations etc.  But they are still sleepy!

The book is lovely “ The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse” by Charlie Mackesy

Just opening to a random page: ‘Sometimes’ said the horse.  ‘Sometimes what?’ Asked the Boy.
‘Sometimes just getting up and carrying on is brave and magnificent.’

Sort of book you can open at will anywhere.  The illustrations and great too! 

As the author says at the beginning, ‘......  I need pictures, they are like islands, places to get to in a sea of words’.   

We’ve been cleaning a bit as the girls are due on Monday!  Went for a walk etc.
