Beef

Steak and Honour were at the brewery so Alfie went and picked up dinner. It’s nice to not have to think about dinner or cook and it’s one of the few meals that everyone likes.
I gave myself a day off and was excited at the prospect of waking up to a blanket of snow. I couldn’t have been more disappointed at 6am when I looked outside to find lashing rain and a howling wind. The snow didn’t appear and the weather didn’t improve.
Consoled myself with a few episodes of ‘This is Us’ which I love but every episode makes me cry. I’m watching them too quickly and not looking forward to getting to the end of season 4 . Season 5 has just come out and I’ll be down to one episode a week.
