Long Long Bike Ride

We all cycled down to the boat for a sausages on the beach. Somehow Nick managed to persuade us it would be a good idea to cycle to Barking with him to drop N home. So we did. I didn't realise how far Barking was by bike. It's a long way. But it was brilliant. Past the Thames Barrier and under the Woolwich Tunnel. We ended up getting home late late late but it was worth it. And worth the slightly achy legs the next day.
