Sunday brunch

Mr A made an absolutely cracking brunch today; who knew bacon and egg could taste soooo good!

We had a lovely voice message from our German friend Stef this morning, it was so nice to hear her voice.
She’s one of those people who you don’t see (obvs because she’s in Berlin) or hear from for ages, but when we do get in touch, we pick up exactly where we left off from last time.

She always apologises for being rubbish at keeping in touch, or for delaying in her replies to my messages but we accept she has a busy life with hubby, 3 small children and over the last couple of years, major house renovations.

I have spoken about her before on blip; she’s actually Mr A’s friend but I’ve stolen her for myself. She messages me instead of him now!
The first time we met, she gave me the biggest hug and thanked me for making her Mr A so happy; from that point on we became fast friends. As friends go, she’s a keeper :-)
