Meet Mason!

Well....last night my wife was on her way back, pulled into a rest stop and found this dog wandering aimlessly. Although he did have an aim - to find his owner who had tossed him out.

The staff at the rest stop were useless so that to me says it's not as uncommon as it should be.

So after my wife volunteered to take him, a good ol' posse was formed and they rounded up this chap after a long chase. Handed him to my wife and here he is.

All was going well until this evening. JimBob really took a dislike after I got in from work. There is a pack 're'order thing happening, and a Chihuahua and a Pit Bull are the wrong personalities. Someone is going to get hurt and I don't think the pit will be the one.

Got on to Rancho again today. All the bedrooms are now painted with their first coat, second tomorrow plus trim. Plus I started ripping out the bathroom. O-M-G. Photos to follow.
