Black-headed gulls in disguise

In all truth this is not from today, although it is a quite recent shot. I remember saying to a lady friend one time, that black-headed gulls have white heads in winter. She thought I was making it up. Later on, having consulted her bird book, she agreed that I was right. I usually am. (:
