Making brownies

Not just any brownies, vegan brownies! I decided to make things more exciting today, so as well as my usual wash day activities, I decided to make chocolate brownies... and I had a Zoom call with my Camberley Bookclub. One of our group lives alone and being in lockdown is quite grim, so we have started meeting for a chat on a Sunday. And I decided to make some brownies. I have been cutting out dairy as part of my alcohol free January so thought I would try this recipe. It’s very tasty.
