Mordiford Meander

Day 299 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 41 days ago. UK in full lockdown.

We had a short drive to the small ancient village of Mordiford (Herefordshire) to do a 5 mile walk from The Moon public house in the centre of the village. The first part was uphill to the top of an Iron Age hillfort and the highlight of this very muddy walk was the derelict cottage  on the edge of Bear Wood, which is shown above, near the end of the walk.
