At the beginning of August I weighed 107kg, being careful with portion size, restoring the exercise that I had in my daily routines before lockdown 1 and adding a bit more has successfully helped lower that with today's weigh in coming in at 89.6kg. That gives me a BMI of 26.1. Still overweight but a lot closer to a healthy weight.
Less than 5kg to go to get to that healthy BMI.
