Monday Walk

... and we got wet!  The forecast was for gusty north-westerlies and rain from this afternoon (the forecast rain often doesn’t happen).  The wind was howling at the lakefront where eleven of us met so plans were changed and we drove to the Outlet Track where it is usually sheltered - it was on the way out.  We had lunch by the Cardrona River at Albert Town, turned to go back and looked at the sky.  It was black.  The wind got up and it rained heavily.  Amazingly everyone seemed to have enjoyed themselves!  One extra of two of the walkers in the trees.
