Nodding Violet
I'm sure it's got a proper botanical name, but I only know it as a nodding violet. (Which they do in the slightest of breezes.)
Flowing over the top of a hanging basket, they look tender and delicious enough to eat, I think. The small, bright green leaves look very appealing too, but only to admire, rather than eat. No leaves showing in the photo because they stay in a tightly packed clump on the top of the basket. That way, they can't divert too much attention away from those lavender show-ponies.
