2213. Pearl January 18

I bought this pearl and smoky quartz necklace at an antique market in Toronto when we visited in 2017 for my 60th birthday. It was a magical holiday and I met the wonderful ex-blipper who was the subject of yesterday’s blip along with her hubby and her two gorgeous labradors. We had the most amazing day out ending with dinner in an absolutely beautiful restaurant on the shore of Lake Ontario. I also got to ride in a helicopter over Niagara Falls on my birthday....so many amazing memories...

I wear these often as they bring back such amazing memories of a truly memorable holiday.

Haven’t done that much today but did receive my new sheepskin boots this morning and these ones fit perfectly. I had to return the first pair I ordered as they were too small and the company were brilliant..no delivery or return charges so you can buy without worrying about wasting money when you have to return them. Plus these were also in the sale! I’ve always tended to buy Ugg boots as they’re very comfortable and seem to last well but they are now so expensive so I was looking for a good quality alternative....I bought a pair of split new sheepskin boots from a charity shop about 4 years ago and they were made in the UK by Just Sheepskin...so I went back to the same company to buy some new ones and they wear just as well as Uggs but cost about £100 less!
