Cross Polarisation

Its a long, long time since I used this technique. 
However when I finished off some sellotape at Christmas the thought of more excess plastic from the dispenser was annoying me so I thought at the very least I could use it to blip before disposal.

I've always known this as cross polarisation but I believe there is a scientific name of Birefringence.
