Lock 3

A very wet and very quick escape from my desk at lunchtime. One photo which was grabbed as I crossed lock 3. With the canal empty you can see the controllable openings at the bottom which are used to control the water levels within the lock. All very clever and hand operated.
I think the world has gone backwards in the last 100 yrs
I tried this in mono but in the end preferred the colour
