Wall drying

J took Kilda to a new day care for a trial today and she passed. It’s a relief as the old place isn’t as good as it used to be and we need somewhere to take her brother for socialising. The wall man came back and found that the join between our building and next door has come apart, its not too bad at our level but there is a bigger crack behind the drainpipe the further you go up. He had managed to patch our two floors so hopefully we wont be getting any more damp patched. WE are now spending the next couple of weeks drying the wall out with our patent pending wall drying device before we repaint. Had a bill from the sparky we used before Chirstmas, which is £20 over priced so, will have to call him in the morning.
