Snowshoeing

No rain today so two friends and I decided to go to Mount Hood and snowshoe.  There wasn't much snow after the last few warm days, and it was icy in the shade.  The two of them didn't wear their snowshoes, instead put some kind of clip on tracks which kept them from sliding.  I didn't have those (will need to order) so I ended up keeping on the snowshoes for the icy parts because they have big teeth and I didn't want to slide.  We left very early to be there at sunrise and beat the crowds.  The one shot of Mount Hood in the Extra Photos as that early morning glow taken in the parking lot.  The other shot in the Extra Photos is Mount Jefferson.
