Mono Monday 365: Red Pepper Hummus

We were treated to a vegan feast tonight, made by our daughter as part of her Food & Nutrition GCSE coursework.

Red pepper hummus and homemade flatbreads, red lentil and vegetable lasagne and strawberry chocolate tart.

Absolutely delicious. 

Thought I'd tinker with the red pepper hummus as my mono monday entry. The main message I take from Picturemull's original image is that of luck.

As today is Blue Monday, officially the most depressing day of the year, I have included a burst of colour in this image, intended not only to highlight the delightful hummus, but also to indicate better times ahead (with any luck).
