Tonight's tea. Tastes better than it looks ,need to work on presentation ,I think.
Crunch cod and mash,only took 1/2 hour to make but about twice that time to clear up, seem to have a habit of using as many pots ,pans, knifes, chopping boards etc, no matter the size of the meal.
Didn't have time to blip anything else today as work still dominates everything.
Materials ordered for the weekend again, so hopefully start building.
Need to take Friday afternoon off to arrange deliveries.
