Cold Swim

I know that there are blippers who think nothing of a swim in the cold cold, but lovely swan, paddling towards me hopefully, is out there in all weathers.

This is the River Ivel near the A1 at Sandy.  I suspect that there is some sort of sanctuary for swans just by this stretch of the river – I spied a couple of sheds with feed trays near by and many more swans poddling in the flood water of that field.
