Sunbathing

We had a lovely stroll along the canal this morning.

I have taken many duck photos before in various places, some of which have previously appeared in my journal, so I wasn't intending to take any more today.

However, in the absence of nothing more interesting, I couldn't resist this beautiful lady Mallard who was enjoying a rest on the canal bank.
