New Year.... New Start!!

Well that's the holidays truly over and the usual platitudes of "I'm gonna get ripped!!" can be heard banded about the locker room at work.

My training regime is usually confined to circuits during the lunch break but these guys decided to go for a cheeky wee 5km around the perimeter of the station...
