Give us this day our daily bread

I suspect I have a wheat intolerance (to go with the other intolerances...lactose, fungi, stupid people) so this is my last bread for a while until the theory is proved.
These focaccia breads arepretty amazing, Mr A calls them 'fancy bread', but think he will be sick of them before long as he will have to clear the backlog of my stock pile!!
