Cream of roasted celeriac made with almond milk.
My all time favourite soup.
Pomegranate pearls an inspired addition.

Extra: you can see why this was most definitely a day for soup.

Just watched 'All the President's Men' gosh but Robert Redford was a handsome fella.  Innocent times (relatively speaking).
